Ingredients
- 2 chopped small onions
- 2 chopped green peppers
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- Seasoning of your choice
- Beef
- Spicy sausage
- Chicken sausage
- Two eggs
- Whole milk ricotta
- Parsley
- Italian cheese
Procedure
- Cook onions, peppers and a little bit of seasoning in a pan
- Add beef, spicy sausage and chicken sausage, garlic, tomato paste and a little bit more seasoning to the pan
- Take the pan and put it on the smoker at 250 F or 45 minutes
- Mix two eggs, whole milk ricotta and Italian cheese in a bowl
- Put the bowl in the freezer for about 5 to 10 minutes
- Build a small layer of salt at the bottom, then a layer of noodles, fresh ricotta cheese meat sauce and a layer of some more cheese at the top
- Keep on adding layers till you get to the top of the pan
- Smoke it at 350 F or 35 minutes
- Take it out and let it rest for 20 minutes
- Slice it before serving
