Ingredients
- 2 packs of plate ribs
- Kosher salt
- Coarse pepper
Procedure
- Place the beef ribs in a dish
- Slather the plate ribs
- Rub salt and pepper on the ribs
- Use wood of your choice and set up the smoker at 285 degree
- Place the ribs on the smoker racks
- Smoke it for 6 hours
- Take the ribs out of the smoker
- Let it rest for 1 hour before serving
