Ingredients
- 2 tsp of minced garlic
- 2 Tbs of salt
- 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1 Tbs of black pepper
Procedure
- Take boneless chuck roast
- Rub and cover the chuck roast with oil, garlic, salt and pepper
- Smoke it at 225 F
- After 1 hour and 40 minutes spray it with beef broth and water
- After 6 hours take it out from the smoker and place it on a foil
- Pour beef broth and water on the chuck roast and wrap it with a foil
- Smoke it for another 2 hours
- After 2 hours open the foil and cover the chuck roast with the BBQ sauce
- Smoke it for another 20-30 minutes
- Slice it before serving
